Ok here you go - to get files all you have to do is get on a computer ( ipad and phone will not work) click the "Download all " button (on the right above the photos) - when you click that button you will get an email to download all photos. then save to your computer and you will have them forever! the files are med res . and will print up to 8x12 prints without cropping, and zooming in. I will be HAPPY to help you prints larger then 8x12 through the studio.
FYI - not all printers are the same quality- I recommend using bay photo or mpix for best quality. Stay away from walmart, shutterfly, target, unless you want poor quality.
