here you go - to get files all you have to do is turn on a computer ( phones and tablets dont usually work) click the "Download all " button (on the right above the photos) when you click that button you will get an email to download all photos without the Studio KYK watermark save to your computer and you will have them forever! the files are low res . and will print up to 4x6 prints without cropping, and zooming in. I will be HAPPY to help you prints larger then 4x6 through the studio.

FYI - not all printers are the same quality- I recommend using bay photo or mpix for best prints. Stay away from places like walmart, shutterfly, target, unless you want poor quality.
