here you go - to get files all you have to do is turn on a computer ( phones and tablets dont usually work) click the "Download all " button (on the right above the photos) - when you click that button you will get an email to download all photos without the Studio KYK watermark. then save to your computer and you will have them forever! the files are med res . and will print up to 8x12 prints without cropping, and zooming in. I will be HAPPY to help you prints larger then 8x12 through the studio.

just push the "download" button on the photo you like and it will save to your computer.
FYI - not all printers are the same quality- I recommend using bay photo or mpix for best prints. Stay away from places like walmart, shutterfly, target, unless you want poor quality.
